Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Product Associate to join our dynamic False Eyelash product team. This person will support the development, execution, and management of new and existing lash products, working closely with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, sourcing, and supply chain. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, understands current trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Description:

• Assist in the end-to-end product development lifecycle for false eyelashes, from concept ideation to product launch.

• Conduct competitive market research, trend analysis, and consumer insights to help guide product innovation.

• Maintain and organize product samples, testing documentation, and product tracking sheets.

• Coordinate with packaging design teams to support artwork approvals and ensure packaging accuracy.

• Communicate with domestic and international vendors to request samples, manage timelines, and track production status.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on product names, claims, and storytelling to ensure strong go-to-market messaging.

• Help manage SKU-level product data including item specs, UPCs, pricing, and forecasts.

• Support team on internal presentations, reports, and product review meetings.

• Attend product photoshoots, consumer testing sessions, and industry events as needed.

The anticipated compensation range is

19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
