Junior Social Media Manager - Milan

If you’re a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities to create impactful work, this job represents the sweet spot. </p> <h3><em><br/></em><strong>Let us give you an idea of your responsibilities.</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Steer teams and projects with great care, organisation, and confidence.</li> <li>Work on content calendars and make them come true, including the timely publishing of social media posts:</li> <ul> <li>Organise and handle live coverage of events. </li> <li>Analyse the conversation around the brand daily.</li> <li>Identify actionable insights within consumer conversation that leads to impactful content creation and optimisations.</li> </ul> <li>Savvy and up to date with trends and updates across social channels</li> <li>Report on feedback and online reviews across various social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok </li> <li>Work closely with strategists to provide reports and optimisation opportunities.</li> <li>Work collaboratively internally and with clients to ensure social channels are on brand at all times.</li> <li>Know-how in analysis about the brand developing effective results for the KPI of the client.</li> <li>Capable of feed-backing Copywriters and Art/Design considering both Creative and Social QA</li> <li>Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.</li> <li>Build close-knit and trusted working relationships both internally and externally.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>The talent we want to discover </strong></h3> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience as Junior SMM in advertising or agencies. </li> <li>Knowledge of social media good practices in terms of formats and tone of voice</li> <li>Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.</li> <li>Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.</li> <li>Comfortable interacting with clients.</li> <li>Good English speaker.</li> <li>Italian mother tongue.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail (extremely important for this role)</li> <li>Familiar with scheduling tools, social listening tools (preferably Sprinklr)</li> <li>Team player and self-starter with an unbreakable positive mindset. </li> <li>Critical and never afraid to ask the right questions.</li> <li>Ambitious, gritty, and resilient.
