Reports to: VP. GTM Enablement

Role Summary

The Director of Enablement Operations will lead the operational engine that powers our Global Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement team. This strategic role is responsible for the technology, processes, and analytics that enable our customer-facing teams to perform at their best. You will be a key partner to enablement leaders and will ensure our programs are efficient, scalable, and data-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Systems

· Manage the enablement tech stack and all integrations with core systems, including system governance & administration, reporting & analytics (dashboards & usage), vendor management (contracts, tools, budget, ROI evaluation), and change management & communication.

· Provide end-user support & training.

· As identified, deploy new functionality that will drive productivity.

Communications & Reporting

· Establish and manage an enablement intake process.

· Standardize and centralize reporting for all enablement programs (global, and role-based).

· Act as editor for the monthly enablement newsletter, including gathering content, producing, publishing, and communication.

· Centralize and publish the global enablement calendar.

· Strategy and Tech Stack Management: Develop and execute the strategy for the GTM enablement technology stack, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), and other sales productivity tools.

· Analytics and Reporting: Oversee enablement analytics to provide insights into program effectiveness, content usage, and seller performance to guide strategic decisions.

· Process Optimization: Manage and optimize core enablement processes, including program scheduling, communications, and budget management, to ensure operational excellence.

· Team Leadership: Lead a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Ops, IT, and Marketing, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of systems and processes.

· Governance: Establish and maintain governance for all enablement content and data to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications

· Experience: 10+ years of experience in enablement operations, revenue operations, or a similar field, preferably within a B2B technology or SaaS company.

· Leadership: 5+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

· Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of common enablement and sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce and Seismic),

· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

· Project Management: Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

 Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred

Base Salary Range:$163,000$220,000 USD
