Job Requirements:
Enter and remove product from inventory warehouse location system.
- Utilize SAP to create picking list and bill of ladings for internal, customer and driver shipping use, as well as, receiving product, supplies and materials against purchase orders
- Responsible for using internet and carrier sheets to work up shipping costs and breaking down appropriately to bill customers in SAP.
- Responsible for keeping files up to date and organized.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Database, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Participate in physical inventories.
- May be assigned other duties as time allows.
- Maintain a customer-focused perspective in all activities initiated to ensure that customer needs are successfully met.
- Develop professional and process expertise to provide improved assistance to customers.
- Perform job duties accurately so that other personnel and departments and ultimately customers, receive correct information and/or product.
- Perform any special duties as assigned by management.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures, and all ProAmpac-Rocky Mount Division policies and procedures, as included in the employee handbook to ensure safety for self and fellow employees and to ensure behavior is appropriate in the workplace.
- Maintain a customer-focused perspective in all activities initiated to ensure that customer needs are successfully met.
- Work effectively with neighboring plant departments in a team environment to develop multi-functional solutions.
- Maintain good house-keeping practices throughout the areas.
- May be assigned other duties plant wide as time allows.
