Job Title: Charge Nurse RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse RN to join our team. The Charge Nurse RN will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe and effective manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe and effective manner

- Assign patient care tasks to nursing staff based on their skill level and experience

- Monitor patient care and intervene as necessary to ensure that patients receive the highest quality care

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff as needed

- Ensure that all nursing staff are following hospital policies and procedures

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all documentation is complete and up-to-date

- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education programs to stay up-to-date on the latest nursing practices and techniques

Requirements:

- Active RN license

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse RN

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of nursing practices and techniques

- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
