The subsidiary operates in an 87,500 sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees. 

Job Description

 Disassemble, clean and assemble inserted injection molds. Polishing, troubleshooting, and Identifying existing and potential opportunities for improving tool life.

Experience with CNC equipment, wire EDM, sinker EDM, Laser welding  and CMM is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Repair and maintenance of injection molding tools in accordance with internal specifications to ensure injection molding production.
• Replacement of wear parts
• Machine tool experience. (turning, milling, grinding) is a plus.
• Index management of screws and barrels
• Beginner Experience in Maintenance and repair of injection molding tools
• Ability to read and interpret prints and schematics
• Attention to detail, and ability to work with extremely tight tolerance tooling
• Ability to read measurement equipment
