We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our Global Leasing Advisory Financial Planning & Analysis team in Chicago, IL. The Global Leasing Advisory segment comprises our Leasing and Advisory & Consulting business lines.
 
OVERVIEW
This role will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating corporate planning processes, monitoring financial performance, reporting financial and operational results, and improving financial systems. This candidate will work closely with Global FP&A and the regional Global Leasing Advisory Finance teams to provide consolidated global reporting.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Coordinate the budgeting & forecasting process and annual target setting for Global Leasing Advisory
• Continually enhance, improve, and streamline the budgeting & forecasting process
• Facilitate the strategic alignment of Global Leasing Advisory, involving system infrastructure, management reporting build-out and allocation alignment
• Evolve and manage Monthly and Quarterly dashboard reporting: consolidation and strategic analysis of Regional and Global financial and operating performance, including trends, business drivers, and variance analysis
• Serve as a liaison and partner to Global FP&A, regional Global Leasing Advisory Finance teams, and Corporate Functions Finance teams
• Ensure harmonization across ERP, budgeting, and global consolidation systems
• Drive improvements in reporting, analytics, and dashboards to support business leadership decision-making and implement best practices related to various ad hoc analyses
• Execute special projects with a focus on operational efficiency, long-range financial planning, and standardization across the regional reporting for Global Leasing Advisory

 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA and/or MBA a plus
• A minimum of 7-9 years relevant work experience with 3-5 years supervisory experience, preferably in a global professional services firm or similar environment
• Experience in large data sets and applying and using the latest finance and business intelligence technology – EPM, OneStream, PAX, Tableau

 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint       

• Strong communication, analytical problem-solving and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail but can also see the “big picture”

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High comfort level with executive-level professionals
• Flexible and adaptable to tasks assigned
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment

Estimated total compensation for this position:

150,000.00 – 180,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
