If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</p></div><h4>What you’ll do</h4> <p>Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and refine control algorithms for state-of-the-art electric vehicle thermal management systems.</li> <li>Perform calibration of thermal and climate functionality to deliver optimal performance for the customer and vehicle.</li> <li>Ensure that thermal management systems meet industry standards and regulatory requirements for safety, performance, and environmental impact.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate calibration solutions into the overall vehicle architecture.</li> <li>Conduct thorough testing, validation, and optimization of control algorithms.</li> <li>Participate in calibration development trips.</li> <li>Lead issue resolution for thermal calibration and/or software issues.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location & Travel Expectations</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Novi, Michigan.</li> <li>This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-pe
