Meet the team:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Associate Manager, Public Relations and Influencer Management to join our global public relations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a comprehensive brand ambassador program that supports business objectives for both consumers and healthcare providers. They will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing influencer campaigns and strategy plans that drive positive company and product perception while fueling customer acquisition and retention.

Where you come in:

• Lead the Dexcom Brand Ambassador Program, comprised of both the Dexcom Warrior Program and Stelo Community.
• Oversee and build authentic relationships with an extensive roster of contracted ambassadors, including influencers and top-tier celebrities, along with their management teams.
• Negotiate all contracts and deliverables in collaboration with agency teams, legal, and compliance.
• Create high impact activations and community events that drive brand loyalty and foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, social media and other internal teams to leverage ambassadors across broader campaigns.
• Partner with PR agency team to manage strategy planning, day-to-day program operations, product seeding efforts, and more.
• Track, analyze, and report on ambassador campaign performance and KPIs.
• Manage overall brand ambassador budget and report overall program ROI.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 -8 years of related experience.

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
