Description

Position Overview: Are you a recent college graduate with a knack for communication and a drive to succeed? Or looking for a career change? Do you speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese fluently? We want you to join our team as a Bilingual Junior Business Development Specialist! In this role, you’ll connect with Chinese-speaking clients, promote our services, and help set up appointments for our licensed sales team. This is a non-commissioned position, focusing on expanding our outreach and making a real difference in the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Receiving and scheduling appointments for inbound calls.
  • Lead Engagement: Use our company’s systems to create successful live transfers and appointments with potential clients.
  • Service Promotion: Clearly and professionally communicate the benefits of our services to prospective clients.
  • Sales Skills: Learn and apply effective sales techniques and rebuttals to engage potential clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a solid understanding of Medicare basics and the insurance products we offer.
  • Continuous Improvement: Embrace feedback and coaching to continuously improve your performance.
  • Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients and keep them engaged throughout the conversation.
  • Compliance: Ensure all communications and processes adhere to CMS phone and email compliance guidelines.
  • Calling Duties: Manage outbound and inbound calling projects, making daily calls from provided lead lists.
  • Data Collection: Complete basic intake of prospect and client information as needed.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Recent college graduates or those with a few years of experience in a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required.
  • Communication: Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to speak persuasively and listen effectively.
  • Learning Attitude: Eager to learn new skills, including sales techniques and Medicare product knowledge.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and tools such as Salesforce CRM, dialer systems, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Professionalism: Approaches tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and committed to achieving team goals and personal development.
