The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Bureau of Administrative Services is seeking to hire a dependable and motivated individual to serve as the Warehouse Supervisor. This position will plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the furniture, equipment and commodities handling program for the HFS. Additionally, the position will monitor and document procedures for distributing and storing furniture, equipment and commodities and direct the process of taking phyiscal inventories. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Under general direction, serves as the Warehouse Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of the furniture, equipment and commodities handling program for the Agency
- Serves as a working supervisor
- Researches problems and makes recommendations to management concerning property control
- Plans and directs the taking of physical inventories
- Coordinates and implements recommendations from management relating to improving operating efficiency
- Investigates problems affecting the operations of the Department's warehouse
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above
