Job Description

Under general supervision, responsible for handling components of immersive experience projects applying standard techniques and professional practices. The Digital Creative Producer II works with cross-functional teams, exercises judgment within defined procedures, and contributes to fulfilling organizational objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Create engaging simulations and interactive 3D environments to support business goals.
Manage and catalog CAD models ensuring accessibility across teams.
Manage project schedules, communicate with stakeholders, and support cross-department coordination.
Monitor XR technology advancements and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to design and develop immersive AR/VR/MR experiences of moderate complexity.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work with moderate supervision and follow standard procedures.
Collaboration skills to resolve issues across internal and external teams.
Sound time management and prioritization abilities.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Proficient in Unity Industry, Pixyz Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiar with Pacelab WeaVR and Scope AR Worklink.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)

Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Communications, Design, or related field
2 years of relevant experience
