Responsibilities:
Analyze & define gaps and opportunities of the current product and service offerings, specifically within the PharmaFocus Premium, HelixFlex, and HelixMark brands, in order to establish a strong brand recognition in the marketplace and grow the pharma business
Management of Distributor Network and direct sales to Pharmaceutical OEMs within territory.
Identify new opportunities in existing and future markets and drive and manage the realization of these opportunities / programs (as needed internally and/or externally) including the launch of a new TPE product line and an expanded offering of single-use-systems or modules
Define target accounts for direct sales and distributors and help to build and manage a sales pipeline needed to achieve the strategic year-over-year growth targets as defined by Management
Coordinate, support and expand the regional Pharma and Bioprocessing indirect distribution network
Provide training and technical sales support to global Sales team, internal stakeholders, customers and distributors
Ensure a positive customer relationship and customer satisfaction, and measure the same with help of customer satisfaction surveys, solicit and analyze customer feedback as requested by Marketing Organization
Track, communicate and report on all sales activities with help of SalesForce.com (CRM) tool
Responsible for maintaining effective use of travel and expenses as defined by management and in accordance with Corporate Travel and Expense policies
Manage and where necessary negotiate, NDA’s, Tooling, Quality and Supply Agreements with key Distributors and OEMs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field such as Marketing or Business desired.
Minimum successful 5-years field sales and/or marketing experience in consumables for Pharma- and Bioprocessing market
Technical knowledge of elastomer and/or thermoplastic materials
Knowledge of Pharma and Bioprocessing business environments & markets
Strong technical, analytical, and/or problem solving and field management skills
