You’ll work closely with the P&amp;EO L1 Office and leadership team to help drive engagement, clarity, and execution across the organization. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Your Responsibilities:</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Draft and coordinate internal communications (e.g., newsletters, LinkedIn posts, announcements)</span></li> <li><span>Support event planning and logistics (e.g. Learning Day, Learning Nuggets, AEMs)</span></li> <li><span>Maintain and update SharePoint pages and internal documentation</span></li> <li><span>Assist with project tracking, OneNote updates, and meeting preparation as well as other adhoc tasks in the Office</span></li> <li><span>Help coordinate internship and working student programs (e.g., job postings, onboarding)</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc tasks and strategic initiatives</span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span><br/><span><strong>Who you are: </strong></span></p> <p><br/><span>You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.
