Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and team performance to meet productivity goals.
• Coordinate and schedule staff assignments to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with order fulfillment and stock management.
• Implement safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires on warehouse procedures and safety practices.
• Assist in the preparation of reports on warehouse performance and employee productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to uphold company standards.
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive demeanor.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
