Your Role at Baxter

THIS IS WHERE you build trust to achieve results!

• Responsible for picking, packing, building service assembly kits and shipping service parts for International & Domestic Customer Orders.
• You'll report into the Service Stores Supervisor.
• This is where you help us get our products into the hands of customers!

This is a full-time 1st shift position where the candidate would report to the Batesville, IN location. The hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Picking parts for Service Orders Domestic & International Orders
• Packing Domestic & International Orders for the shipment of customer orders while verifying the accuracy of the picking and packing slips
• Weighs and processes packages then applies shipping and tracking labels on packages which correspond with the shipment method of the order
• Build & Kit Service Assemblies
• Performs various warehouse and shipping tasks, as required
• Responsible for customer satisfaction, ensuring product arrives undamaged
• Maintain and report any safety hazards or concerns
• Safely operate a PIT
• Safely working at heights over 10ft but no more than 16ft
• Physical/Environmental Demands: Lifting (up to 40 lbs), standing (up to 8 hours a day), bending, vision, color perception, depth perception, reading, field of vision/peripheral, hearing/auditory, high attention to detail

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in a picking/packing role preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs

The estimated base salary for this position is $36,800 to $55,200 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
