As a Senior Global Investment Control Compliance Specialist, you will play a leadership role working closely with the local and global management team overseeing and leading the compliance functions, ensuring account | fund guidelines and regulatory requirements are met. This will include accountability for strategic planning of the compliance functions, designing and building the compliance capabilities and coaching | developing associates on the team. You will also partner with other leaders across Global Investment Control and Legal in a continued effort to lead and drive initiatives across the broader business group. Finally, you will manage a variety of internal and external relationships, including individual investment professionals, investment committees, legal and compliance, distribution and technology and data.

• You have an undergraduate degree. CFA, MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
• Your background includes experience in a leadership capacity at a large, complex, global organization within the financial services or investment management industry.
• You are an agile and nimble learner and can quickly grasp and navigate complex technical concepts and effectively manage ambiguity to lead others.
• You have a high technical aptitude and are comfortable working with technology and data teams and systems.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $171,968-$292,346

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
