Your responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><h2><b>Understanding Client Needs:</b> Gain a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and identify relevant experts to meet those needs.</h2></li><li><h2><b>Expert Sourcing and Onboarding:</b> Source and onboard experts for specific projects, ensuring their engagement for future opportunities.</h2></li><li><h2><b>Communication and Outreach Skills:</b> Develop both internal and external communication and outreach skills, including cold calls, emails, and more.</h2></li><li><h2><b>Adaptability:</b> Adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of our client-driven environment, where speed is a critical success factor.</h2></li><li><h2><b>Client Excellence:</b> Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing accurate expert recommendations and taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach.</h2></li><li><h2><b>Process Expertise:</b> Grasp Atheneum's core client delivery process and apply it effectively in your everyday work.</h2></li></ul><h2></h2><p></p><p><b><u>Profiles We Are Seeking</u></b></p><p>We welcome applications from individuals seeking a corporate career with rapid progression. We are in search of driven, collaborative, resilient, and curious individuals who excel in communication.</p><p></p><p>Fluency in English and German/ French/ Swedish/ Norwegian or Danish required</p><p><br/><b>Start date: June 15</b></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>Interview Process </u></b></p><p><b>1st Stage Interview:</b> Once we have reviewed your application, we will invite you to a 45-minute first stage interview with a member of the Talent team to further understand your motivations for joining us and assess your understanding of Atheneum and the role. </p><p></p><p><b>2nd Stage Interview: </b>At stage two, you will meet with two of our first line Managers who will ask you further questions about your experience and interest in Atheneum, you will also participate in a short Case Study discussion. This interview will last approximately 60 minutes.</p><p></p><p><b>3rd Stage Interview:</b> The third and final stage interview will be with two Account Managers who will conduct a Mock Negotiation Call with you and ask you any outstanding questions the team may have.
