Position Overview:
As the People Business Partner Director (PBP) for our Finance, Marketing, and Legal organizations, you will be a pivotal force at the intersection of business strategy and people. Partnering directly with our CFO, CMO, and General Counsel, you’ll operate as a trusted advisor and executive coach, helping to architect the future of their organizations. This role goes far beyond partnership — you’ll be embedded in strategic planning, transformation efforts, and leadership development that shape the trajectory of the company.
You’ll influence and drive critical initiatives that elevate performance, deepen engagement, and accelerate scalable growth — globally. As a senior leader within the People Team, you will also lead cross-functional collaboration, align executive stakeholders, and act as a catalyst for continuous improvement. This is a rare opportunity to drive real change in a high-impact, high-visibility role.
Responsibilities:
- Embed yourself as a strategic partner to our CFO, CMO, and General Counsel — providing bold, future-focused guidance on organizational design, talent strategy, and cultural development.
- Anticipate business needs and proactively develop integrated people strategies to enable organizational effectiveness, scalability, and performance.
- Act as a thought partner and strategic advisor leveraging data, insights, and business acumen to inform key decisions and influence organizational direction.
- Partner on the design and execution of cross-functional people initiatives and change management strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture.
- Partner closely with the People Team's Centers of Excellence to optimize talent programs such as succession planning, engagement strategies, performance management, and compensation planning.
- Lead talent planning efforts within assigned business areas, identifying capability gaps and driving workforce strategies to support future growth.
- Lead workforce and succession planning efforts within Finance, Marketing, and Legal — identifying future skill needs, talent gaps, and organizational risks before they arise.
- Cultivate and scale leadership effectiveness by coaching senior leaders and enabling high-impact people managers across all levels.
- Lead the cross-functional “pod” made up of members of specialists from the People Team with the sole purpose to support the Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a strategic business partner supporting C-level and senior executives in high-growth and global organizations.
- Demonstrated success in shaping executive-level strategy and partnering with C-suite leaders on complex organizational challenges.
- Proven experience advising and influencing executive leadership on strategic people and organizational matters. <
