Field Service Technician

<p><b>Field Service Technician – Flender Italia S.r.l.</b></p><p></p><p>We are looking for a field service technician whose main job would be going on site to perform up-tower repairs. The main tasks are:</p><ul><li>Preliminary study on the activity (check technical drawing, check procedure, check needed tools, …).</li><li>Preparing the tools needed for the activities.</li><li>Organizing work trips (booking of hotels, flight, ferry, … if needed).</li><li>Perform the repair activity to its completion.</li><li>Create a report after the activity is completed.</li><li>Taking care of tools, equipment and company vehicles.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Candidate Requirements:</p><ul><li>Mechanical background (education and experience)</li><li>Able to use tools such as: Basic tool, Hydraulic tools, Lifting tools, Flames</li><li>Understanding of technical drawings.</li><li>Wind industry background. Vestas turbines knowledge would be a bonus.</li><li>Able to work at heights. The candidate must not be afraid of heights.</li><li>At least basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.</li><li>Available for work trips in Italy and sometimes abroad.
