Position Overview

 

The Sr. Mgr. of Adairsville Operations role is actively delivering leadership in all areas within the Adairsville Inbound/Outbound and Returns operations.  Helps Director of Adairsville Operations create the vision and implementation strategy of Adairsville within the omni-channel network in a state-of-the-art facility..

 

 

Position Details

What You’ll Do: 

• Hires and develops a talented staff to support and execute the company strategy by setting clear direction, stretch goals, distributes work appropriately, plans activities, drives for results, follows-up and rewards high performing individuals.
• Assist Company leadership in setting Adairsville strategy and direction for the omni-channel logistics network based on future business development opportunities, external factors, emerging technology and customer needs.
• Manages multiple projects at once; plans, arranges, and assists with the organization and negotiation of contracts, services, and vendors.  Communicates status on a regular basis.
• Oversees seasonal staffing and production needs for inventory omni-channel operations.
• Reports and presents financial updates, projects, and goals to Director of Adairsville Operations and the Sr. Director of Omni-Channel Logistics
• Responsible and accountable for overall budget of inventory omni-channel departments and capital projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma
  • Equivalent work experience would be considered
• Strong logical and analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Proven success in a detail-oriented position with high level of accuracy
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• WMS experience
• Comfortable learning new systems/tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working a fast-paced environment, with rapidly changing priorities
• Ability to identify process shortfalls and submit workable changes

Compensation $85,000-$110,00/year

Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
