We are dedicated to pioneering the future of healthcare research using advanced analytics, machine learning, and innovative technologies. Our collaborative and purpose-driven team supports Walmart's mission to improve healthcare outcomes for associates, patients, and communities. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll shape strategies and solutions that make an impact. You'll report to the Director of Healthcare Research and work on-site at our offices in Bentonville, AR.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional experts to translate complex challenges into applicable data-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy analytical models and visualizations that deliver impactful healthcare research insights and real-world evidence (RWE).
• Ensure data quality and integrity across diverse sources, implementing best practices for data validation, cleansing, and governance.
• Mentor and support team members, sharing technical expertise and promoting a culture of learning and excellence.
• Communicate analytical findings through compelling data storytelling and visualization techniques to influence strategy and drive action.

What you'll bring:

• Strong experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and data visualization using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Proven expertise in data quality management, data validation, and governance within large, complex datasets.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive measurable results.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts in technical and professional development.
• Passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to integrity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
