Department: Business Development Salary Range: $45k to $75k annually

- CLEARFORK ACADEMY will ensure that discharge from treatment is conducted in accordance with Texas rule standards.
- CLEARFORK ACADEMY provides both Texas and Joint Commission environment of care standards.

SUMMARY
The role of the Community Liaison at CLEARFORK ACADEMY is to serve as the initial point of contact for regional referral
sources and is responsible for the development of regional business to business relationships through the utilization of strategic
marketing initiatives, corporate event planning, and long term strategizing with the Director of Business Development.
AGE/PATIENT POPULATION(S) SERVED
Age of Patient Population Served: Adolescent and Young Adult Males
Population Served: Persons meeting DSM 5 criteria for substance use disorders with or without co-occurring psychiatric illness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain trusting and professional relationships with referral sources with the intent to understand professional needs and the needs of their patients.
- Works collaboratively with the Director of Business Development and Director of Admissions to assist in the admission process.
- Identifies and prioritizes key accounts and communicates strengths and weaknesses to the Director of Business Development.
- Investigates and pursues potential new referral and professional relationships with physicians, therapists, educators, hospitals, churches, unions, EAPs, and large organizations.
- Actively participates in community outreach activities including presentations and one-on-one contact with community mental health/substance abuse groups.
- Demonstrates knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, and policies and procedures of Clearfork Academy.
- Assists in the planning and execution of any events and conferences that highlights Clearfork Academy services.
- Performs other duties and tasks as required.
