You will join our Finance Team of 13, consisting of Finance Managers, Accountants, and BI experts. You will play an active part in developing and building our controlling capabilities allowing us to make better data-driven decisions!</p> <p>In this critical role, you will collaborate with your colleagues in the Business Department who are passionate about strategic decision-making, data analysis, and problem-solving, and empower our organization with the most comprehensive programs and systems. Reporting to the Finance Team Lead, you will get involved in strategic projects by driving new initiatives to enable NavVis leadership to own their business performance. You will also continuously generate new insights to identify and fix scaling inefficiencies. </p> <p>Through ownership and the crucial responsibility of enabling better management decisions by building a state-of-the-art controlling infrastructure, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself in a challenging environment.</p> <p>If you have an analytical mindset, love working with numbers, and enjoy taking ownership, you could be the person we are looking for! </p> <h2 id="how-you-will-make-an-impact">HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</h2> <ul> <li>You will generate new financial insights for our products using data points from all over the company</li> <li>You will be driving annual budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analyses in cooperation with senior leadership</li> <li>You will actively improve upon existing processes for better forecasting and budget planning</li> <li>You will empower all our teams to understand and act on their financial footprint to further scale our company</li> </ul> <h2 id="what-will-help-you-succeed-in-the-role">WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE</h2> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or similar</li> <li>At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, and proven knowledge of controlling and financial modelling</li> <li>Well-established skills in Excel (experience in tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Jedox is a plus!)</li> <li>With a proactive attitude, you are comfortable with cross-team collaborations and approaching key topics with a critical mindset</li> <li>The ability to create comprehensive models of a company's business</li> <li>Fluency in English and German</li> </ul> <h2 id="how-we-will-know-we-are-a-perfect-match">HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH</h2> <p>Your recruiting partner for this role is Madhulika (she/her).
