Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership
-
- Provide organization, direction, and staffing according to the scope of services provided at site.
- Direct, supervise, train and evaluate work activities of staff.
- Address performance issues consistently, promptly and appropriately.
- Establish work schedules and assignments for staff and providers, according to workload, space and equipment availability.
- Plan and facilitate meetings communicating organization initiatives and updates to staff and providers.
- Manage front desk and clinical operations.
- Collaborate with nursing staff as it relates to patient care and work flow.
- Collaborate with providers on clinical services.
- Collaborate with other medical sites and support departments.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of program budget.
Quality

- Assist in designing, implementing, and carrying out continuous quality improvement programs and activities.
- Conduct quality assurance activities through reviews, meetings, reports and observation of results, according to professional practice standards and regulatory compliance.
Site Management and Compliance

- Review and analyze facility activities and data to aid planning and risk management and to improve service utilization.
- Promote practices consistent with state and federal laws and regulations.
- Participate in formulating policies and seeing that policies and standards are carried out and adhered to.
- Coordinate clinic operations and patient care in order to maintain productivity expectation and efficient operations of clinic.
- Coordinate services for patient and families utilizing other health related agencies and resources.
- Participates in interdisciplinary planning for meeting patient care and health service objectives.

- May be responsible for planning disaster evacuations.<
