Earned Brand Experience Lead

We’re looking for a savvy, connected and culturally attuned Earned Brand Experience Lead to strategically drive our Talent, Collaborations, Sponsorships, Partnerships, Events, Experiential and PR activities to lead and elevate the way our brand shows up in influencer spaces, traditional earned media and through culturally relevant brand moments that place 7-Eleven at the heart of culture and communities.

Key Responsibilities

Talent & Influencer Management

• Lead our influencer and talent strategy - from always-on creators to campaign-specific partnerships.
• Build and nurture relationships with creators, talent agents, and managers to drive authentic content and engagement.
• Oversee talent briefing, contracting, performance tracking, and compliance with disclosure and usage guidelines.

Collaborations, Sponsorships, Events, Experiential & Brand Partnerships

• Lead the identification and execution of high-impact cultural, creative, and commercial brand partnerships that align with 7-Eleven’s audience, values, and tone of voice.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, agencies, and legal teams to bring collaborations to life - from concept development through to execution, including launch, experiential rollout, and Social/PR amplification.
• Champion innovative ways for 7-Eleven to show up in culture, leveraging limited-edition products, events, sponsorships, and brand experiences that create talkability and emotional connection.

Public Relations & Media

• Lead earned media strategy across consumer-facing comms: product launches, retail campaigns and brand stories.
• Execute brand-led initiatives and provide consultation to internal Marketing Campaign and Brand Activation Managers on execution of product and retail led campaigns
• Proactively manage consumer media relationships and identify opportunities for brand storytelling in lifestyle press.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications on our earned media strategy and initiatives for retail, innovation and business press

Thought Leadership

• Monitor emerging cultural trends and issues that could affect brand perception and strategy.

Key Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in influencer, brand partnerships or PR role - ideally within FMCG, retail, lifestyle, or agency environments
• Demonstrated experience running high-profile Earned campaigns, managing talent, media, and leading collaborations from pitch to execution
• Strong network across talent, creators, cultural and media partners
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft a compelling story and pitch with impact
• Strong commercial acumen - you understand the value of influence and partnerships in driving brand and business growth
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders
• A sharp eye for what will make headlines, trend on TikTok, or be the next ‘can’t miss’ drop
