How you will make an impact:

Parkshore is seeking a Maintenance Tech plays a vital role in our community, diligently maintaining the Physical Plant and Grounds to prevent breakdowns and accidents while meeting regulatory requirements. Working closely with the Director of Environmental Services, they set annual goals and implement strategies to achieve them. They promptly report breakdowns and anticipated issues, ensuring the well-being of residents and stakeholders. Their support in swiftly turning around apartments for showcasing, renting, and moving in contributes to revenue generation. Additionally, they actively communicate scheduled maintenance, discuss future plans for equipment upkeep, and provide input for capital budgeting.

Schedule varies: This is a part-time position. 

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Senior Housing working in maintenance or as a handyman is preferred.
• Active Boilers license or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire 
• Active Pool Operators license or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
