The Role at a Glance

As a Sr. Analyst, Audit & Regulatory Response, you will provide subject matter expertise and direction on complex projects/initiatives for your assigned area(s) of IT Security responsibility. You will develop and execute security risk analyses. In addition, you will provide direction and guidance to internal stakeholders concerning risks associated with audit findings and adherence to applicable procedures, regulations, and/or laws.

What you'll be doing

•    Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
•    Manages and/or participates in information security risk management efforts, including statutorily mandated HIPAA risk analyses and implementation of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework.
•    Obtains input from Lincoln's Privacy Office, Law department, and management to interpret legislation and regulations as appropriate before making internal/external statements or providing information that could impact the corporation.
•    Provides direction and guidance as needed to Information Security personnel and the larger I.T. organization concerning legislative, statutory, and Lincoln policy requirements.
•    Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to performance IT Security audits, manage responses, and remediate deficiencies.
•    Evaluates and communicates risks associated with audit findings identified for other Information Technology teams.
•    Provides consultation on information security awareness and access validation efforts.
•    Escalates and communicates identified complex cybe

What we’re looking for

Must-Haves:
•    5 – 7+ Years of experience in IT Security that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position. 
•    4 Year/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) (Minimum Required)


Nice-to-have:
•    Agile Mindset; awareness/understanding of Agile methodologies

The pay range for this position is $93,300 - $169,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.  In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.  Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
