RESPONSIBILITIES

In our Master Data and Treasury team, you are responsible for the unit's knowledge management and support the continuous development of systems and processes.

• You raise the awareness of the importance of knowledge management activities, set standards and create guidelines.
• In addition, you proactively coordinate and supervise team members, take on the technical leadership of our knowledge facilitators and ensure best practice sharing and idea management in the area of knowledge management.
• You ensure the documentation of and compliance with processes and guidelines, identify knowledge gaps, prepare complex topics for specific target groups and initiate needs-based training measures.
• You provide an effective onboarding and offboarding process and create transparency about training/learning opportunities, set up training structures and organize regular training sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• successfully completed vocational training or studies
• several years of professional and project experience in a relevant field
• good interpersonal and communication skills and an understanding of how to deal with different stakeholders
• high degree of initiative, interest in knowledge preparation and transfer as well as in coordinating projects
• fluent and effective communication and presentation skills in German and English

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 54.000 - 58.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
