Duties & Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems
Assist with diagnosis and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
Respond to service requests and participate in rotational on-call emergency coverage
Maintain accurate maintenance, safety, and compliance records
Follow established safety procedures and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed

 Qualifications 

Education & Training

High school diploma or equivalent required
Vocational training, apprenticeship, or technical education in maintenance or a related field preferred
Relevant technical certifications preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Working knowledge of facilities and building systems maintenance, or other applicable experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliability
Effective communication and time-management skills
