Full-time | $19–$21 / hr | Schedule: 3 × 12-hr shifts (rotating weekends) | 24-hour Emergency & Specialty Hospital

• Educate clients on SAVES services, products, and workflows.
• Accurately prepare, review, and maintain medical records and documents.
• Handle appointments, admissions, discharges, follow-ups, payments, and financing options.
• Keep client/pet records updated and compliant with Ethos and legal standards.
• Recognize cases that fall outside protocol and promptly escalate for guidance.
