Senior Business Systems Analyst (Functional)

You’ll be responsible for significant contributions to project goals and system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and optimized performance and quality. <span>You will be pivotal in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality.</span><br/><br/><b>Responsibilities:</b><br/>• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of system requirements and enhancements.<br/>• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical documentation.<br/>• Create and maintain complex documentation for system functionality.<br/>• Oversee and conduct user and system testing with general supervision.<br/>• Develop advanced user manuals and training programs.<br/>• Manage database maintenance and updates independently.<br/>• Coordinate and monitor project schedules and milestones.<br/>• Provide expert-level system troubleshooting and user support.<br/>• Analyze feedback and data to suggest and implement process changes.<br/>• Deliver detailed presentations and reports to senior stakeholders.</p><p>• Design, execute, and document complex test cases.<br/>• Perform in-depth root cause analysis of defects.<br/>• Propose and drive improvements in QA processes and standards.<br/><br/><b>Skills:</b><br/>• Analytical Skills: Advanced skills in comprehensive requirements and system analysis.<br/>• Communication Skills: Advanced skills in stakeholder communications.<br/>• Documentation: Mastery in creating and maintaining complex technical documents.<br/>• Project Management: Competent in managing project timelines and deliverables.<br/>• SQL: Advanced proficiency in SQL for database management.<br/>• Problem-Solving: High-level troubleshooting and resolving issues.<br/>• Technical Understanding: Extensive understanding of diverse system architectures.<br/>• Collaboration: Strong team collaboration and leadership in coordination.</p><p><span>• Analyze requirements, test, and integrate application components to ensure that system improvements are done accurately with highest quality <br/>• Utilize established project standards, procedures and quality objectives</span></p><p><span>• Continuous Improvement: Proactive in enhancing QA processes.<br/>• Experience with Agile and SCRUM<br/>• Fluency in Dutch and English language.<br/>• Hybrid working is among the possibilities for you, whereby you will work 2 days a week at the office in Deventer and at times when it is desirable for you and/or colleagues because it leads to better results.</span></p><p></p><p></p><p><span><i><span>Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.</span></i></span></p>
