Are you a data-driven PPC expert looking for your next big challenge? We are scaling up our internal digital marketing agency—the center of excellence for digital sales and marketing across OTP Group.

 

As a Senior PPC Expert, you’ll play a crucial role in:

• shaping our digital marketing strategy,
• driving performance,
• mentoring a growing team. 

This is a unique opportunity to work on large-scale campaigns, optimize the entire customer journey across paid and owned media, and help build something new.

 

What You’ll Do:
• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Take full ownership of upper and lower-funnel strategies to maximize conversion rates and efficiency.
• Leverage GA4 and Looker Studio and other measurement and martech tools to analyze campaign performance, create custom reports, and guide decision-making.
• Stay ahead of the curve in a cookie-less world, utilizing 1st-party data strategies, server-side tracking, and privacy-centric measurement solutions.
• Advocate for data-driven attribution models, ensuring optimal budget allocation.
• Work closely with our measurement team to fine-tune tracking and attribution via GTM (Google Tag Manager skills are welcome but not mandatory).
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise in PPC, automation, and data-driven marketing.

 

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 4+ years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience – setting up campaigns should be second nature to you.
✔ Deep understanding of PMAX campaigns (as much as possible so far).
✔ Proficiency in GA4 and a strong grasp of cookie-less tracking solutions.
✔ Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot, XLOOKUP, CONCATENATE – bonus points if you’re comfortable with macros).
✔ Experience with Looker Studio, pulling data from multiple sources into insightful reports.
✔ Ability to see the bigger picture and shape the overall digital marketing ecosystem within the company.
✔ Excellent communication skills – you can convincingly argue for 1st-party data strategies and data-driven attribution models.
✔ A natural mentor – you enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting junior team members.
✔ Banking/TelCo industry experience is a plus but not required.
