EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Accounts Receivable team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the summer of 2025

Responsibilities:

We offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects.

• Receive and apply incoming payments to customer accounts and reconcile any discrepancies
• Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve payment discrepancies
• Assist a consulting firm in identifying strategies to enhance the department's efficiency
• Analyze the causes of customer-reported credit card disputes and identify strategies to reduce their occurrence in the future
• Work with management to design a simple and effective method for tracking meaningful and equitable KPIs for the department

What You're Working With:

• Must be actively working toward a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Education or related field
• Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Strong analytical and data management skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, allows you to work with all levels within the organization
• A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
