As a key member of our HR team, you’ll bring your experience and insight to support day-to-day HR functions, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with key regulations. You’ll play a vital role in shaping a workplace that’s people-first and performance-driven.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Support the full Team Member lifecycle – You’ll be the go-to resource for new hires, current team members, and departing Team Members. From coordinating onboarding and conducting orientation to managing exit interviews and offboarding tasks, you'll ensure every step is handled smoothly, professionally, and with care.

· Lead Team Member relations efforts – Be a trusted advisor to Team Members and managers alike. You’ll provide guidance on performance management, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and Team Member concerns, always with an emphasis on consistency, empathy, and fairness.

· Own HR compliance responsibilities – You’ll ensure we’re always up to date and in full compliance with employment laws and regulations such as EEOC, ACA, FMLA, and wage and hour laws. You’ll also maintain proper documentation and reporting standards to support internal audits and legal requirements.

· Manage benefits administration – Support open enrollment, benefits questions, and coordination with brokers and vendors. You’ll help Team Members understand their benefit options and ensure accurate and efficient enrollment.

· Own HR data and reporting – Maintain Team Member records and ensure data accuracy in our ERP/HRIS. Regularly generate and analyze reports related to headcount, turnover, compliance, and other key metrics, helping leadership make informed decisions.

· Drive continuous improvement – Bring a critical eye to the way we work. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance Team Member experience, and strengthen our HR operations. If you have experience with Lean or other improvement methodologies, we’ll put it to good use.

· Be a culture builder and ambassador – Help reinforce our values in day-to-day practices. Support internal communications, Team Member recognition programs, and events that build engagement and connection across the team.

· Support performance and development initiatives – Assist with performance review cycles, goal tracking, and learning and development opportunities. Help managers and Team Members stay aligned, accountable, and supported in their growth.

· Partner cross-functionally – Collaborate with leaders across departments to align HR strategies with business goals. You’ll provide insights, flag risks, and offer solutions that help our people and our organization thrive.

· Collaborate on payroll processing – Partner with Finance and other stakeholders to verify hours, deductions, benefits, and other payroll components. If you have experience running in-house payroll, even better – you’ll assist with improving our processes for accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications:
