Business Analyst

Overview

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, a leading provider of home health services, is seeking a talented Business Analyst, with a primary focus on HR data & Human Capital Analytics, to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX.

 

The Business Analyst role plays a vital part in driving leadership initiatives, leveraging data insights, and supporting data driven decision making. 

 

Hybrid eligible: This position will be eligible to work from home 2 days per week with 3 days onsite at 6688 N. Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75206.

Responsibilities

• Identify meaningful metrics and design dashboards for insights and data visualization.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative insights, support data driven decision making, and propose recommendations to senior management.
• Identify, gather, analyze, and report on data required to assist leadership in making strategic decisions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of data analytics and reporting across the enterprise.
• Present analysis and data visualization, communicate the meaning and story of observations, and translate insights into actionable business outcomes.
• Create training and easily accessible documentation to drive user adoption and engagement; both for the data analytics team and end users.
• Collaborate with Data Governance Office to create and maintain data documentation, processes, and data quality for dashboards and analytics resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field (business, math, economics, finance, statistics, science, engineering) or related field OR equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in analysis.
• Previous experience in a home health or hospice setting is preferred.
• Previous experience using Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualized software is preferred.
• Previous experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred.
• Verbal communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
• Proficiency in HR data analysis tools and technologies, such as HRIS systems, preferred.
