Role Overview

As a Logistics Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the operations team by managing documentation, coordinating shipments, communicating with clients, coordinating drivers and ensuring compliance with regulations.

This position demands a high level of accuracy and the ability to function effectively in a dynamic environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping documents in alignment with company standards.
• Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment information for reporting and tracking purposes.
• Assist in resolving shipment-related issues and customer inquiries.
• Support the logistics team with administrative tasks as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Familiarity with logistics software and proficient in basic computer applications.
• A proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations is a plus.

Compensation

• $800-$900 paid Weekly with performance-based bonuses.
