Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- You will be a key member of the Machine Learning Quality Engineering team contributing to the quality of our products and services to the next level.
- You will work within our agile software development process and work cross functional with Product, Development, and QE teams.
- You will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment that allows direct influence on the organization and our most important customers.
- In this role you will be managing labelers for model quality testing and multiple evaluation projects in parallel to make sure best practices are followed and on time delivery while ensuring data integrity.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- The ideal candidate must be data savvy and have strong problem-solving analytical skills in order to extract insights and make recommendations
- Candidate must be a good team player with solid attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- 3 to 5 years in project program management
- Has led software projects, has proven project management skills, and can take delegations from management to help drive daily activities on assigned project(s)
- Work cross functionally to consolidate, analyze, and report on test results

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies
- Candidate must be a good team player with solid attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Has led software projects, has proven project management skills, and can take delegations from management to help drive daily activities on assigned project(s)
- Advanced understanding and ability to implement complex scenarios in Jmeter
- Has a strong familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, including developing custom enhancements on top of its out-of-box features
- Work cross functionally to communicate results of your test strategies and results
- This role is hybrid and requires 2 days a week onsite.

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $109,400 - $185,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
