What You'll Do

As a Software Developer focusing on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) operations within our extended CI/DevOps teams, you will develop and maintain our test framework. Your role includes creating flexible, maintainable, and scalable solutions to support the Infotainment roadmap, continuously improving our CI architecture and stability. You will engage in discussions with your team and other development teams to implement new and innovative ideas to enhance the Volvo Cars Infotainment system. You will work with a variety of technologies and tools, such as Jenkins, Gerrit/GIT, Artifactory, SonarQube, BlackDuck, Cloud/Azure, on-prem CI lab with hardware, Python, Bash, Groovy, Linux, Ansible, Terraform, MongoDB, Docker, and Vector CANoe. Your work base will be in Gothenburg.

 

Who You Are

You hold an MSc or BSc in a relevant academic field and have a strong proficiency in Python or another high-level programming language. With extensive experience in large-scale CI operations, including HIL operations, you understand the needs of software developers. You are a quick learner, unafraid to apply new tools or techniques, and adept at solving problems through creativity, collaboration, and a skilful application of various technologies. You thrive in a team environment, prioritizing the team's success over individual recognition, and value both giving and receiving feedback. Your proactive approach and team-oriented mindset make you an ideal fit for our collaborative and innovative environment.
