INTERN - IT - IT - CRDE

The IT Intern position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various segments of our IT department. The intern will be involved in multiple facets of the IT operations, rotating through different teams and contributing to projects from inception to execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

The Day-to-Day experience: 

• Orientation and Training: Begin each day with a comprehensive training session, integrating with different IT teams to understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Knowledge and Skill Development: Work closely with IT specialists to learn and assist with specific technical tasks and projects.
• Department Rotation: Experience diverse roles within the department to gain a well-rounded understanding of IT operations in a corporate setting.
• Customer Service: Learn and apply principles of exceptional service, focusing on our WIN model to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing developmental opportunities to refine skills and adapt to the evolving IT landscape.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

AGE and GAMING:

21 years of age or above.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED. Currently enrolled in college as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior, or a recent college graduate (proof required). 

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with PC operating systems, Microsoft Office, and standard computer hardware and peripherals.
• Language Skills: Capable of reading and interpreting technical and legal documents, addressing inquiries, and presenting information to groups effectively.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in problem-solving, data analysis, and interpretation of technical instructions. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to stand and move for the entirety of the shift, occasionally lift up to 40 pounds, and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, and climbing.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an Associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

• Predominantly moderate noise levels in office settings, with increased noise and exposure to tobacco smoke in certain areas of the property.
• Flexible schedule required to accommodate the dynamic needs of the hospitality and entertainment industry.

Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Associates must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
