Quality Assurance: Overseeing compliance with the UCRA Policy and Standard
Tool/Application Management: Ownership and operational planning for the UCRA and CAST tools
The Reporting & Analytics Manager will play a critical role in gathering, organizing, and analyzing change management performance data to monitor adherence, identify opportunities, and recommend actions that drive business improvement. This role is critical to transforming data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions. The Reporting & Analytics Manager will not only manage data but also tell the story behind the numbers—helping leadership understand performance, risks, and opportunities.
This individual will partner closely with the QA Program Manager, who defines and manages the UCRA QA program and monitors Consumer performance against enterprise requirements for programs and projects managed in PPRT. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious—not just reporting numbers, but developing compelling presentations that clearly document performance, summarize themes, identify key opportunities, and suggest changes needed to improve outcomes. They must have strong reporting skills and a deep understanding of the business to translate data into actionable insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track performance.
Create concise, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that communicate key insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Ensure reports and presentations are easy to understand, highlighting key takeaways.
Business Partnership & Influence:
Provide clear, data-driven recommendations rather than just reporting numbers.
Partner with QA Program Manager to align reporting with QA objectives and enterprise standards.
Translate complex data into actionable insights that support business decisions.

Seek opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes for sustainability.
