We are seeking a Chief Scrum Master to support our customer’s operations in Boulder, CO. This effort provides our Government customer with information technology support services. This position will be onsite and will require an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Agile Facilitation & Execution
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for assigned product teams supporting OPIR TAP Lab and BGIF initiatives.
- Ensure Agile artifacts (backlogs, burn-down charts, velocity tracking, integration schedules) are maintained and aligned with Government priorities and contract performance objectives.
- Cross-Team Integration & Delivery Cadence
- Coordinate integration and delivery schedules across Infrastructure, Cyber, Capability Integration & Delivery (CID), and engineering teams to support CI/CD pipelines and secure deployment cycles.
- Identify and remove impediments affecting sprint execution, including cross-domain dependencies, cybersecurity accreditation constraints, configuration management approvals, and procurement lead times.
- Governance, Transparency & Continuous Improvement
- Promote disciplined Agile practices within DevSecOps and Secure Software Development Lifecycle (S-SDLC) environments, ensuring traceability between requirements, development, testing, and deployment.
- Support preparation for program reviews, technical interchange meetings (TIMs), integration and test (I&T) events, and other stakeholder engagements by maintaining accurate progress reporting and action item tracking.
Qualifications
Education and Certifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Required Experience:
- Agile & Scrum Leadership
- Minimum of 10 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator supporting software development, DevSecOps, or IT infrastructure teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent sprints or coordinating across cross-functional technical teams.
- DevSecOps / CI-CD Environments
- Experience working within CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, secure software development lifecycles, and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with issue tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management systems).
- Classified or Mission-Critical Environments
- Experience supporting DoD, Space Force, Intelligence Community, or other classified environments where configuration management, cybersecurity (RMF), and accreditation timelines impact development cadence.
- Ability to work within multi-enclave environments (Unclassified, Secret, TS/SCI) with strict security and change control processes.
