As a Fine Dining Server, you will be a key part of our dining team, responsible for delivering a high-end service experience. You will be tasked with coordinating and serving all food and beverages with precision and care. Beyond taking orders, you'll provide outstanding customer service, manage guest requests, and handle financial transactions. This role requires a refined demeanor, a deep understanding of service etiquette, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
Coordinate and serve all food and beverages ordered by guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure minimum drinking age requirements are met.
Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility.
Answer incoming calls and take reservations as needed. Perform financial transactions and process guest payments for goods and services delivered.
Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six").
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and at least 2 years of serving experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
Requires standing for long periods of time, frequent bending and kneeling. Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
