Job Summary

Your role is to question, analyze, understand, and problem solve the financials and operations of Persona to ensure strategic and financial goals are exceeded. This will involve working with and supporting Persona Management and Employees with information. Keys will be:

• Building relationships with every department in the company-manager and key personnel-this will be critical for your success!
• Understanding of all company processes- this will take time but very important. 
• Set and Hit deadlines- 
• Always do what’s right even when it’s difficult.

Job Responsibilities

• Gross Margin(GM) analysis -to meet/exceed GM goals
• Financial statement analysis- reviewing variances and expenses by department. Ensure expenses are in line & seek to understand why not. Give to manager to make decisions.
• Forecasting—Understand and improve forecast of orders and invoiced revenue. Build model.
• Capacity—Using forecasting information to make sure we have capacity in all departments to service our customer.
• Help in the development and implementation of Oracle, CRM, and other company systems and processes.
• Strategic Planning and Management Dashboards-setup/maintenance
• Excel tools maintenance and upkeep 
• Pricing/account review support –support sales in data needs
• Special projects/analysis as asked – support all of management.
• Understanding companywide standard operating procedures so that your analysis can lead to problem solving and solutions.
• Ask as many questions as you can and challenge where appropriately.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Business and Financial Background preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to think analytically
• Strong skills in Excel 
• Basic Knowledge of financial statements
