Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Tax Systems to join the Current Tax Team. Reporting to the VP of Tax, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the tax systems and processes for the organization.

This person should have a strong background in tax systems, tax accounting, database management, and technology. They must be highly organized and have the ability to work collaboratively across teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can take initiative and lead projects independently. They should possess a high level of attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically. This position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and software vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

• At least 5 years professional experience in tax systems, tax accounting, and/or technology

• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and leading teams

• Strong understanding of US GAAP, tax rules and regulations, and tax compliance requirements

• Advanced knowledge and experience with tax technology, ERP systems, and software platforms

• Strong database management skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Ability to think strategically and to lead projects from start to finish

Compensation

The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more.  This salary range is $125,000-$152,000.
