Role overview:
We are looking for QAD Advanced Key User to work within the logistics team at LEAR Corporation in Valls. The AKU will ensure ERP system is operating effectively, will regularly engage end users to improve experience and also define new logistic processes and flows, as well as leading continuous improvement in existing logistic flows and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Follow up of logistics KPIs (Inventory level, ATR, Sales and production hours). Analysis of deviations and action plan.
- Conduct measures to optimize and balance inventory on RM, WIP and FG level through improvements in current flow & processes.
- Lead the implementation of modifications/improvements in the QAD and coordinate it with IT. Work with others AKUs or Logistics Engineers to share/implement experiences. Preparation of specification for system customizations and testing modifications.
- Lead the root cause analysis of complaints from customer related to documentation (labeling, delivery notes, ASN,…)
- Verify documents compliance
- Ensure materials identification with labels according Lear standards (specially SMD process)
- Ensure the preparation of documents accompanying the delivery of finished products
- Setting up of logistic flows in QAD (customer scheduling, production planning, supplier scheduling, replenishment picking and deposal of materials for production, warehouse management),
- Preparation of working instructions for key users and end users, trainings for key users and end users
- Lead the physical inventory W2W
- To participate in Kaizen events related to logistics.
Key skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree – Business, Economics, Supply Chain or Engineering Degree
- Strong knowledge of business process, project management skills, and extensive experience designing and/or managing ERP systems (QAD highly desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerBI)
- Experience in logistics
- Analysis capacity and focused on results.
- Proactive and autonomous in problem solving
