Customer Care Program Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for working with multiple teams internally to kick off the spart-parts and launch them on website as the end-goal. 

Primary responsibilities:

• Identifying sellable and non-sellable spare parts, creating part number and product descriptions in database
• Working with product management and document control team to create spare parts database by providing all required information and descriptions
• Working with demand planning team on forecast to drive supply, maintain optimal inventory levels, monitor stock, and identify potential shortages
• Backorder Management: Tracking backorders to ensure timely fulfillment and measuring spare part turnaround time
• Working with channel marketing team on setting up spare part pricing
• Working with web team to set up spare parts on product detail page (PDP) on Corsair.com which involves product image photo shooting
• Managing and monitoring spare parts P&L
• Advising customer care team on spare parts availability

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience working in project management and operation related role
• Technical knowledge in PC components is a plus
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross functional teams
• Self-starter and someone who takes the initiative to make process improvements
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  

Annual Salary Range $90,000—$125,000 USD
