The Opportunity:

LG Ad Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. TPM to serve as a strategic change agent across the organization. This role is responsible for driving platform consolidation, enforcing architectural standards, and championing best practices to reduce complexity, increase efficiency, and future-proof our technology ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines deep architectural technical knowledge with exceptional program leadership and change management abilities. You will partner across engineering, infrastructure, product, business and executive teams to align the organization around scalable, standardized, and secure technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic change agent driving technology standardization, platform consolidation, and architectural best practices across the organization

• Lead cross-functional technical programs focused on reducing fragmentation, consolidating redundant platforms and improving system interoperability and observability

• Manage organization-wide initiatives such as cloud platform modernization, microservices rationalization, common tooling adoption, and shared infrastructure programs

• Facilitate alignment forums, technical councils, governance and security processes to build consensus on architectural direction and technology strategy

• Identify technical debt, platform sprawl, and inefficiencies; structure actionable programs to address them at scale

• Track and report progress on standardization, consolidation, and architectural maturity to senior leadership

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure programs align with organizational objectives for scalability, security, cost efficiency, and operational excellence

• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and technical stakeholders

• Foster collaboration across distributed teams and promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, and architecture-focus within large, complex technology organizations

• Proven success leading enterprise-scale programs for platform consolidation, technology standardization, or modernization initiatives

• Experience in environments undergoing rapid scale, transformation, or cloud migration initiatives

• Strong technical foundation across areas such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP), distributed systems, API architecture, and security best practices

• Deep understanding of the challenges of large-scale systems integration, platform sprawl, and technology governance

• Strong understanding of software delivery processes, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure

• Ability to dive deep into technical discussions and collaborate with engineers on system-level improvements

• Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements

• Track record of delivering measurable outcomes in environments with competing priorities and technical complexity

• Background in DevOps or Platform Engineering is a plus

• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities

• Strong communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience navigating organizational change, building coalitions, and influencing without direct authority

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results
