Pricing Proposal Professional

The Client Management Proposal Professional will assist with the Core Account Processing division of Fiserv. They will provide technical pricing document creation services that affect the sale, installation, and utilization of organization products and/or services. We seek a highly energetic professional who will actively engage in revenue and cost saving opportunities and identify process improvements.  You must have strong analytic skills, interpret contract language and accurately reflect agreement details for audit purposes. The position involves interaction with multiple Fiserv business units and extensive exposure to new products and services. Individuals must have solid technical skills to manage large amounts of information accurately and efficiently.  Candidates must embrace and drive change in the organization.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Work closely with Fiserv Account Executive team, Finance, Accounting, Contract Administration Representatives and others to generate necessary client documents.

• Generate and calculate accurate pricing documents for Account Executives and clients in a timely manner with pricing, maintenance calculations, and investment summaries.

• Responsible for maintenance of client records in internal database to ensure accurate sales proposal tracking.

• Frequent contract research within internal archive and the ability to understand basic legalese.

• Responsible for researching all correspondence and following up with Account Executives and clients in a timely manner.

• Work closely with Contract Administration staff to request agreements for approved proposals and obligations. Coordinate frequent communications between AE’s, Contract admin staff and Sales Admin staff.

• Maintain pricing and calculation templates.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Prefer Bachelor’s in business administration or finance or equivalent work experience

• Minimum years’ experience required – 1 to 3 years

• Type of work experience required – business or sales related experience

• Supervisory/Management experience not required
