Sr Product Manager – Business Checking & Savings

PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $152,300.00-$186,100.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $118,200.00 - $220,200.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

As a Sr. Product Manager – Business Checking & Savings at BECU, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products by driving strategic vision and execution across complex business functions. You’ll take ownership of product roadmaps and lead efforts that directly impact our members’ experience. Your ability to blend research, design, and business strategy will ensure that we continuously evolve to meet member needs while contributing to BECU’s success. Through your leadership and deep product expertise, you'll drive innovation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and inspire change that leads to meaningful results.

To join our dynamic team in this role, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, SC or GA. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance to our Tukwila Headquarters (TFC), we encourage you come into the office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays each week.  For those candidates that live outside the commutable distance to TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be primarily remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Define and Lead Product Vision: You’ll create and own the strategic direction for BECU’s Business Checking & Savings products, setting the foundation for long-term success within a business function.

• Drive Strategic Decisions: Guide decision-making processes for products by aligning them with organizational goals and business strategy, ensuring every move adds value.

• Define and Champion BECU’s Value Proposition: Identify opportunities where BECU has a competitive advantage and articulate how our products serve our members best.

• Lead a Member-First Culture: Drive initiatives to acquire new members, strengthen existing relationships, and elevate the overall member experience.

• Own and Evolve the Product Roadmap: Enhance products based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives to keep BECU competitive and member-focused.

• Enhance Deposit Account Opening Experiences: Drive innovation and iteration to improve the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
